Yamato Ryokan, which began as a tofu shop, serves handmade firm tofu every day. In addition to tofu dishes, we also offer Kumamoto’s specialty horse meat, including lava-grilled horse tenderloin and soy-milk horse shabu-shabu.
I came back for a second visit right away!!As expected, this place was amazing!I was so happy that the proprietress remembered me.The meals were delicious as always!The hot spring water was wonderful!I’m already hoping to come back for a third time!

My first visit was so great that I came back with high expectations.But this time exceeded them in every way.The hot spring water is excellent, and the sauna is perfect.The tofu is delicious, and the beef and horse meat were all outstanding.All the staff are friendly—an Accommodation I will definitely return to!
