Our Efforts for Accommodation Guests At Otowa Sanso, we are implementing the following preventive measures to ensure our guests can stay with peace of mind, considering the spread of COVID-19. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. 【Room Cleaning】 - Windows are opened and regular ventilation is conducted when rooms are not in use by guests. - In addition to regular cleaning, alcohol disinfection is carried out on the following items: (All door handles, light switches, in-house telephone handsets, TV remotes, toilet control panels, and all furniture provided in guest rooms.) 【Dining Areas】 - Regular ventilation is conducted throughout various areas within the facility. - Cooking utensils and tableware used are wiped with alcohol disinfectant. - Frequently touched surfaces (such as door handles and chairs) are regularly disinfected. Efforts by Staff Members: - Staff members strictly adhere to gargling, handwashing, alcohol disinfection practices, and cough etiquette. - Temperature checks before work are mandatory; staff with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will not report to work. - If staff or their cohabiting family members exhibit suspicious symptoms, self-reporting is required followed by home quarantine. - Health checks for all employees are conducted at the start of each shift. 【Requests for Guests】 - Guests showing symptoms such as fever may be asked to refrain from visiting. - If you experience fever or feel unwell during your stay, please inform our staff immediately.
