Hotel Kiyosato
Hokkaido/ShariAn auberge where you can enjoy 'Kiyosato French' cuisine, emphasizing local production and consumption.
"Hotel Kiyosato" is an auberge located in Kiyosato Town, the heart of Eastern Hokkaido tourism, surrounded by the World Natural Heritage site "Shiretoko" and famous lakes such as Lake Akan, Lake Mashu, and Lake Kussharo. At our dining restaurant, we offer a monthly changing menu focused on "local production for local consumption," using seasonal ingredients sourced from nearby farms and the Sea of Okhotsk. Guests can leisurely enjoy freshly prepared creative cuisine. The chef's goal is to create "Kiyosato French," a unique culinary experience that can only be savored in Kiyosato. The essence of "Kiyosato French" lies in the harmony of dishes crafted by the chef, highlighting the fresh and vibrant flavors of vegetables carefully cultivated by local farmers. (Currently, the Onsen Facility is unavailable due to damage to the Onsen equipment.)

【Declaration of COVID-19 Prevention Measures】
To balance the prevention of COVID-19 spread and safe, secure travel utilizing the Go To Travel campaign, we declare the following infection prevention measures as a participating Facility:
- We will conduct temperature checks, health condition confirmations, and identity verifications for guests at check-in while implementing infection prevention measures such as avoiding face-to-face interactions.
- If a guest shows symptoms such as fever or cold-like symptoms during health checks, we will contact the public health center, including on weekends, and take appropriate actions based on their guidance.
- We will enforce measures to prevent the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) in shared facilities by limiting the number of users and setting time restrictions.
- During meals, we will ensure wider spacing between seats as a preventive measure.
