  • Convenient and comfortable

    They assigned us the convenient Room we had requested in advance, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable Multiple Night Stay. It was fun to have a different roller blind from last time! Shinsaibashi and Namba are within walking distance—not too close, not too far. After walking around all day, we could relax and soothe our tired bodies in the bathtub. We also appreciated having a separate bath and toilet. Thank you for the thoughtful care from the Hotel staff. Thank you again for all your help on this trip. We will stay here again when we visit Osaka!

  • Comfortable

    It’s a new Hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay. The sofa in the Room was very spacious, with plenty of space even for two people to sit.The bathroom and washbasin area were also functional, with thoughtful features that made it easy to keep things organized. There were bath salts as well, which smelled great and made the bath very relaxing.Since the Room was on the 15th floor, I wasn’t bothered by outside noise and was able to rest well.
