I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting on 8/19.The number of guests changed every day, so we had to move Rooms. Each time, you carried our luggage to the next Room and arranged for us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very helpful.The MUJI room for four people was truly wonderful.The three-person Room was also spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably.Thank you very much for all your help.It was a very enjoyable Hotel stay.I would like to stay again.Thank you in advance.
yomechan 8/27/2026I made a Reservation to visit Universal Studios Japan. It’s one stop from Universal City, but the location was very convenient—right outside Sakurajima Station. The Room facilities and amenities were more than sufficient. The large public bath had several types of baths, which helped relieve tired feet. I also used the restaurant for breakfast; there was a great variety and I ended up eating too much. Next time, I’d like to try the rice balls. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Natural Onsen RIVERSIDE SPA
The spacious spa, accommodating many guests, features luxurious natural Onsen water drawn from approximately 1,000 meters underground. For women, enjoy a carbonated bath with potential skin-beautifying effects, while men can relax in the mist sauna. Unwind both body and mind in the ultimate relaxation space proudly offered by our Hotel.
Guests can use it for free. Special coins are required. (Please ask the staff at the front desk or lobby.)
Each floor features two vending machine areas. One of these includes alcoholic beverages. An ice machine is also available in this area.
