    We stayed at Karuizawa Prince Hotel East, where we used to come skiing when our children were little, to celebrate our daughter’s university acceptance.The atmosphere was unchanged and full of nostalgia.We were satisfied with everything—the staff’s service, the Onsen, and the meals.We made wonderful memories.Thank you very much.

    Previously, the Hotel used to transport our luggage to the information center at the outlet.This time, we were told it is available only for Platinum members.We were very disappointed.We would like you to offer this service even for a fee.

    Important Information for Using the Onsen Facility "Forest Hot Spring"

    The Forest Hot-Spring and Fitness Room are not available for guests staying at West Cottage or West Main Building.
    - Guests wearing diapers are not permitted to use the facilities.
    - Boys aged 7 and older must use the men's bath, and girls must use the women's bath.
    - Individuals associated with organized crime groups, as well as those with tattoos or body art, are strictly prohibited from using the facilities. If such individuals are found, their usage will be immediately terminated, and they will be asked to leave the premises.
