The finest hospitality, inheriting Japan’s traditional beauty and attentive care.

The Okura Tokyo consists of two buildings: the 17-story "Okura Heritage Wing" and the 41-story "Okura Prestige Tower," offering two distinct room brands. Approximately half of the property is a lush garden, creating a spacious and refined atmosphere even in the heart of the city. While inheriting the "traditional beauty of Japan" from its original building, we welcome guests with top-class Facilities designed under Hotel Okura Group's cherished concept of "Simplicity & Elegance" — understated sophistication and refined quality without excessive opulence.

  • This time, I stayed in a Heritage balcony Room. I wondered if it might be too hot this season, but the evening breeze was pleasant, and I was able to relax with drinks from room service. For dinner, I dined at Toh-Ka-Lin, and the next morning I had breakfast at Nouvelle Epoque. Everything—from delicious dining to the gym, spa, and pool—was available within the Hotel, so I could truly unwind and enjoy a genuinely luxurious stay. The entire property was clean and quiet throughout, and the staff’s hospitality struck the perfect balance: not too close or too distant, yet always attentive with thoughtful care.An unexpected issue came up during my stay, but even then the Hotel team responded with kindness and meticulous consideration. It reminded me once again of how exceptional Japanese Hotels are—especially Okura.I would love to visit again.

  • I stayed here with my elderly mother. At some hotels, the beds are so high that it’s very difficult to help her get into bed, but here the bed height could be adjusted, which made things much easier. The toilet also had grab bars, making it easy to use. I had started to think traveling with my mother might no longer be possible, but after this stay, I feel hopeful that we can still go out together. When we were waiting for a taxi in the heat at check-out, you kindly provided cold water, which was a great help. Thank you very much.
