Measures Taken by Our Property to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19
We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage.
At our Property, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff, and we are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
From Monday, June 1, 2020, and for the foreseeable future, we kindly request your cooperation in temperature checks during the check-in process and at the time of dinner service.
(Note 1) We will use a non-contact thermometer to check your temperature.
(Note 2) If a temperature of 37.5°C or higher is detected, we may ask you to refrain from using public spaces.
(Note 3) If you experience symptoms such as fever or shortness of breath within three days after checkout, please contact our Property. Additionally, we ask that you monitor your temperature and take preventive measures for two weeks prior to your stay.
1. Installation of Alcohol-Based Sanitizers
We have placed sanitizers in the lobby to create an environment where guests can feel more at ease.
2. Enhanced Regular Disinfection
We are conducting regular alcohol disinfection of frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, chairs, tables, and restrooms. Additionally, thorough alcohol disinfection is carried out during Room cleaning.
3. Wearing Masks During Guest Interaction
To ensure the health and safety of our guests and public hygiene, our staff wear masks during interactions.
4. Adjustments to Dining Services
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, depending on the Reservation status, dinner and breakfast may be served in your Room. In such cases, the timing of serving dishes, the course meal service method, and menu content may be adjusted. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed in back areas such as offices and restrooms to ensure hand disinfection after use.
2. Management System for Unwell Staff
We have established guidelines for actions during illness and are thoroughly managing the health conditions of our staff.
