  • Bus schedule

    The Facility, meals, and staff service were all excellent. However, the only issue was the shuttle bus.We chose the full-course dinner starting at 7:30 PM. We took the bus from the Annex building and arrived at the restaurant on time, but we were kept waiting—perhaps because the previous seating ran over—and the course progressed very slowly. When we tried to take the bus back to the Annex building afterward, shuttle service had already ended.A wagon was arranged for us so we could return, but I felt bad and apologized repeatedly as I got out of the car.I wonder if it was our responsibility to confirm the time of the last bus and inform the restaurant in advance, but I do hope there can be more consideration for guests staying in the Annex building (for example, not accepting a 7:30 PM Reservation from the start).The morning cheese was especially delicious.

  • We spent New Year's ...

    We spent New Year's here. We made simple meals and enjoyed them in the room, relaxed in the Onsen, and had fun skiing. It was a refreshing experience. The staff were all very pleasant, making our stay comfortable. Thank you very much!
