"Shirogane no Mori" is an "agricultural auberge" created by Yoshihiro Matsuoka, the founder of Kokko Farm (poultry farming), who personally carved out a mountain the size of the Tokyo Dome. It combines a Property, restaurant, Onsen, and farm. All guest Rooms are detached suites, featuring luxurious queen-sized beds. Each Room is also equipped with a private Onsen with natural hot spring water. At the panoramic restaurant "Shiki Minori," we serve creative kaiseki cuisine in private dining rooms, carefully prepared using ingredients lovingly grown by local producers, including those from the Shirogane no Mori farm. Enjoy seasonal cuisine, natural beauty, skin-beautifying hot springs, and the gentle flow of time with your loved ones.
This was my first stay, and just as everyone says, it was a truly wonderful Accommodation.The food was delicious, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the staff were great, everything in the fridge was free, and the price was reasonable.The view was beautiful and very relaxing.Also, since I love drinks, I was thrilled by the wide selection of rice shochu...Thank you very much!I’ll definitely visit again.
こんぶどんどん 8/2/2026We stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast included. The Room had a calm atmosphere, the view was wonderful, and it was a very comfortable space. At night, we could see many stars and felt soothed by the richness of nature. The indoor bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water was very spacious, and even two adults could soak in comfort. Both dinner and breakfast were well-balanced and absolutely delicious. Plenty of tasty vegetables were used, the eggs were fresh, and we were very satisfied. Personally, the burdock potage was especially delicious.The staff were also very kind, which made our stay truly comfortable. We would love to visit again in a different season.
