Enjoy the Yomogihira Onsen, surrounded by abundant nature, offering mountain and sea delicacies along with beautifying hot springs.
Yomogihira Onsen in Niigata Prefecture is a tranquil hot spring area nestled in a mountain valley surrounded by abundant nature and streams, southeast of Echigo Nagaoka. Known affectionately as "Nagaoka's inner retreat," it offers picturesque scenery with fresh greenery in summer, colorful leaves in autumn, and snowy landscapes in winter. This rich nature and scenery are our teachers of hospitality. We hope Yomogihira will be loved by all who visit. With this wish, each day begins with a spirit of hospitality, expressed in a single flower placed on the table.
This was a return visit. I stayed here to visit my family’s grave and Koryu Shrine. The warm hospitality from the proprietress and all the staff was truly pleasant. The meals were delicious for both the eyes and the palate. Breakfast included a partially buffet-style setup, and everything was always kept beautifully arranged. The baths and changing area were also consistently clean and well maintained, which impressed me with how attentive the staff are. This is an Accommodation that makes you want to stay again!
ジャンガリアン 9/6/2026We stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The facilities were very clean, and there were so many thoughtful touches—like a free drink corner, a small selection of toys, plenty of large public baths, and even handheld fireworks—that we couldn’t experience everything in just one day!Above all, the staff’s attentiveness was outstanding. They helped serve the birthday cake and gifts, provided candles and a brazier for the fireworks, and adjusted the lighting to create a lovely atmosphere—we truly felt their care.My partner was very happy as well. We’d love to stay again!
