Occasionally, small blue crabs are found tangled in the nets set by local fishermen. These crabs, strong enough to cut through the nets with their claws, are less well-known than swimming crabs and do not have much meat. However, they produce a delicious broth when added to miso soup or hot pots. Locals affectionately call these flavorful crabs "Guntu." Just like these small crabs, we hope this ship will be cherished not only by our guests but also by the local community for years to come. With that sentiment in mind, we named this ship "Guntu."

Meals
Meals

Enjoy what you like, as much as you like—that is the essence of dining on Guntu. Our Japanese cuisine carries on the legacy of Kenzo Sato from Tokyo's "Shigeyoshi," while sushi is crafted under the supervision of Wataru Sakamoto, formerly of Awaji Island's "Wataru," offering sushi unique to Setouchi. We strive to delight each guest by considering the day's weather, your mood, and personal preferences. While floating on the sea, indulge in the luxury of dining freely at your own pace—we are dedicated to providing heartfelt hospitality for an unforgettable experience.
