  • It was wonderful.

    From the warm welcome by the staff to their guidance at mealtimes, everyone was very kind. The meals were beautifully presented and delicious—we were completely satisfied. Also, the Onsen water in our Room was wonderfully soft and felt great for the body, so we ended up soaking many times. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  • Completely satisfied with the excellent cuisine every year.

    I’m so impressed by the French dinner here that I’ve been coming back almost every year, and it’s truly delicious every time—I’m completely satisfied.The only thing I’d like to mention is that, depending on the Room, the drainage in the washing area of the in-room Onsen is poor and the foam doesn’t clear easily, so I hope this can be improved.
