  • Exceptional hospitality

    We stayed for one night. The Onsen was wonderful and very relaxing. The meals were delicious, and we really enjoyed chatting with the staff member who took care of us, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Since we were traveling to Nagasaki the next day, we truly appreciated your thoughtful arrangement to serve breakfast earlier. Thanks to you, it became a very fun girls’ trip.After returning home, we heard about the major earthquake in Kumamoto and are very concerned. We are also survivors of the Kobe earthquake 30 years ago, and we still remember how difficult it is without lifelines and how frightening aftershocks can be. We are sending our support from Kobe and hope Kurokawaso and Kumamoto Prefecture will recover as soon as possible. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

  • The Onsen

    I was a bit worried about the impact of the earthquake, but I finally visited Kurokawa Onsen, which I had always wanted to see. It truly felt like an Onsen among Onsens, and I was able to relax and unwind. The meals were also delicious, making it a wonderful stay. I couldn’t help noticing the Kumamon sitting at the front desk, and ended up giving it a hug. I’d love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.
