- We sincerely apologize, but if you are feeling unwell, please refrain from visiting the property.

[Preventing the Spread of Infection Within the Property]
- We regularly disinfect high-touch areas such as guest rooms, elevators, and front desk pens.
- We operate “Ziaino” air purification on the lobby floor and “nanoe” generators in guest rooms.
- By using robot vacuum cleaners, we clean without stirring up dust and also help disinfect the air.
[Measures at the Buffet Restaurant]
- We have reviewed seating arrangements by increasing spacing between seats and installing partitions to support social distancing.
- Please wear gloves when serving yourself food.
- Dishes are served in small individual bowls; serving utensils are separated before and after use, and fresh ones are always provided.
[Staff Measures]
- All staff wear masks while working, whether in guest-facing roles or not.
- In addition to thorough handwashing and gargling practices, alcohol-based hand sanitizer is provided to help prevent the spread of infection.
- Staff check their temperature and physical condition daily. If any staff member or someone they live with develops a fever or cold-like symptoms, it must be reported immediately and they will not be permitted to work.
