[Requests to Guests]
- To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we ask that you sanitize your hands upon arrival.
- If you are feeling unwell, please cooperate with cough etiquette measures such as wearing a mask.
- If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or fatigue before visiting us, please refrain from coming to the hotel.
[Hygiene Management in Public Areas]
1. Installation of Sanitizer Stations
Sanitizer is available at the front desk, lobby, restaurant, and near elevators to provide an environment that is easy for guests to use.
2. Regular Disinfection
- In guest rooms, high-touch areas such as doorknobs, handrails, washbasins/sinks, and toilets are thoroughly cleaned using disinfectant.
- Guest rooms are ventilated regularly.
- Doors, elevator buttons, escalator handrails/rails (where applicable), restroom doors/entrances and other high-touch surfaces are disinfected.
3. Masks Worn by Staff During Service
- To protect the health and safety of our guests and staff and maintain public hygiene standards overall hygiene standards overall , service staff will continue to wear masks for the time being.
[Dining Venue Measures]
- Tables are disinfected after each use.
- At buffet venues/buffet area , serving tongs are replaced every 30 minutes.
- Disposable gloves are provided at buffet venues/buffet area .
[Measures for Employees]
- Temperature checks are conducted before work each day to monitor health conditions.
- Frequent handwashing and gargling/rinsing is encouraged.
- Hand sanitizer is provided in back-of-house areas/back office areas , offices/administrative offices , after restroom use/restroom usage so employees can disinfect their hands regularly.
