There are limited shared spaces, and meals are served in semi-private dining areas. ■ Lounge Beverages provided in the lounge can be taken to your Room. ■ Private Bath We have extended cleaning times and thoroughly disinfect chairs, sinks, and other areas, as well as ensure proper ventilation. ■ Check-Out To avoid congestion during check-out, we process payments individually after breakfast. If times overlap, payments may be processed in the lounge or another location. ■ Dining We take measures to ensure that guests and staff are not seated face-to-face, depending on the number of people. ■ Efforts in Public Spaces within the Property 1. Hand sanitizing alcohol is provided at the entrance of the Property. 2. We conduct thorough alcohol disinfection cleaning of Facilities and equipment (such as doors, switches, and handrails) more frequently than usual. 3. Regular ventilation is carried out in Rooms, the lounge, and dining areas. ■ Measures for Employees 1. For the health and safety of our guests and public hygiene, staff members wear masks while serving guests. 2. Employees are required to check their health condition (e.g., fever) upon reporting to work and fill out a health checklist. Those with fever and symptoms such as coughing are instructed to stay at home. 3. Employees are encouraged to wash hands and gargle before starting work, after using the restroom, before meals, and upon returning from outside.
