Kinosaki / Hiyoriyama Onsen Hotel Kinparo

We stayed as a family with children, split across three Rooms. During Silver Week, many people were heading to Kinosaki Marine World, and because there is only one road to the parking area, there was a massive traffic jam. Even though we were close, we couldn’t move forward for a while and were worried about what would happen. Later, thanks to staff guidance, we were able to reach the front of the Hotel and felt relieved. At that moment, I truly felt glad we had made our Reservation at Kinparo.For dinner, they prepared a private dining Room so all three families could eat together. Even with small children moving around, we didn’t have to worry about disturbing other guests, and we could enjoy our meal at ease. Our child had an accident during the meal, but the staff handled it kindly and professionally—we are very grateful.The Rooms were spacious, and it was comfortable to relax in Tokijiku Lounge and visit The Walrus Club as well—the open spaces made for a very pleasant stay.The view from the Hotel was wonderful, and all of the staff provided courteous service. We would love to stay again.Thank you very much.

One of my recent pleasures has been traveling during summer vacation with my daughter and grandchild. This year, we chose Kinosaki Marine World. The Accommodation was naturally Kinparo. For two days, we had unlimited entry and re-entry. That was very helpful. We enjoyed the attractions too—like the dolphin trainer experience—and had fun like kids again. Of course, my 6-year-old grandchild was thrilled as well. The meals and the Onsen were great. However, there is room for improvement in the children’s menu. Kids have sharp taste buds. Extra French fries would have been better. It’s similar everywhere, but meals for children are often disappointing. Other than that, everything was comfortable. All three generations had a wonderful time together.
