Avoiding crowded, close-contact settings - Thorough ventilation and alcohol disinfection on the Shuttle Service bus - Reducing congestion at check-in by utilizing spaces other than the front desk counter - Promoting contactless options wherever possible, such as in-room dining and systems that allow you to depart without stopping by the front desk - Limiting the number of guests in elevators - Reducing crowding in restaurants by limiting entry and increasing spacing between tables 2. Thorough hygiene management - Thorough disinfecting cleaning of guest rooms and public areas - Providing sanitization at the Hotel entrance, restaurant entrance, etc. - Regular ventilation throughout the Facility - Temporarily suspending buffet-style meal service; offering meals as a course or set menu instead - Offering in-room dining menus and takeout menus - Reducing shared touchpoints and ensuring thorough disinfection after use 3. Employee health management - Wearing masks - Strict daily health monitoring, including temperature checks for employees (and their family members), condition checks, and thorough handwashing/gargling 4.
