  • It was comfortable!

    This was my first stay, and all of the staff were kind, warm, and pleasant throughout. The Room was even more comfortable than I expected—clean, well designed, and fully equipped with everything I needed—so it felt very relaxing. When I stay around Saitama-Shintoshin again, I would like to use this Accommodation again.

  • Delicious breakfast

    We stayed for one night.Our child loves trains, so we chose this Hotel after visiting the Railway Museum.You can see lots of tracks from the Room, and our child watched them the whole time.However, it wasn’t noisy from train sounds at all. We had a comfortable stay.Breakfast the next morning was very delicious with a wide variety of options. We had Japanese food, and everything was excellent.The location was convenient, and it was a clean Hotel. Thank you very much.
