  • Perfect for a staycation

    I enjoyed the Club Floor last time, so I came back again right away. The Room was as spacious as ever, and with the projector I was able to relax and watch a movie. However, compared with my previous stay, the club lounge felt less impressive. The Häagen-Dazs was gone and there were only frozen crepes, and dinner also had fewer menu items, which was disappointing. Even if Häagen-Dazs isn’t possible, it would have been nice to have at least regular ice cream. Since the selection of alcoholic drinks is limited, I’d be happy if you could add options like umeshu as well. It’s still a great value for a Club Floor stay, so I will stay again.

  • Very satisfied.

    The Club Ocean Room was spacious and wonderful. The bed was large and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the projector.The food in the club lounge was beautifully presented and delicious.I already have a Reservation for my next stay, so I would like to share a few points for improvement.I would really like to have bottled water in the Room, or alternatively a water dispenser and an ice machine on the floor.Also, I would like sparkling water to be available at all times in the club lounge.Since these are standard amenities at other Hotels, I would appreciate your consideration.
