We stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip.Our Room faced Mt. Fuji, and the view was amazing—we could see Mt. Fuji clearly even from the open-air bath.The meals also included Mt. Fuji-themed dishes, which we enjoyed with all five senses.There was a fireworks festival at Lake Kawaguchi, and the hotel prepared special seating on the rooftop so we could watch comfortably.We were also able to make a Reservation for a surprise birthday cake through the website, and it was served at our requested time. The service was excellent, and we would love to stay again.

Fireworks were launched from just steps away from our Room, and I’ve never been able to watch any fireworks show from this close—it became a once-in-a-lifetime memory. The Room was clean, and the food was delicious. The staff who assisted us were polite and pleasant, and they greeted us even as we walked around the property. We stayed here on our last day, and it was also very convenient—close to the station on our way back, and we could easily stop by Kachi-Kachi Yama as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
