We stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip.Our Room faced Mt. Fuji, and the view was amazing—we could see Mt. Fuji clearly even from the open-air bath.The meals also included Mt. Fuji-themed dishes, which we enjoyed with all five senses.There was a fireworks festival at Lake Kawaguchi, and the hotel prepared special seating on the rooftop so we could watch comfortably.We were also able to make a Reservation for a surprise birthday cake through the website, and it was served at our requested time. The service was excellent, and we would love to stay again.
k.0630 8/8/2026The parking is nearby, and the lobby is spacious. The Room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of Lake Kawaguchi. We also enjoyed the in-room dining at a relaxed pace, and it was very delicious. I felt it would be even better with one more special touch to make it truly memorable. The large public bath was also comfortable. It would be even better if the Onsen water had more distinctive characteristics typical of an Onsen. Overall, this is a very satisfying Accommodation. Thank you very much.
