A serene retreat surrounded by Iwate’s unspoiled nature. An adults-only Accommodation with just six rooms on a vast property.

A serene world surrounded by breathtaking views and majestic nature, as if gazing from the heavens. This vast property offers exclusive spaces for only six groups. In spring, life awakens as sprouts emerge from the earth. In summer, lush green leaves adorn the mountains, deepening their colors. In autumn, vibrant foliage and sunsets delight the eyes. In winter, one appreciates the warmth amidst snow and tranquility. Birdsong greets you in the early morning, while a sky full of stars enchants you at night. Here lies a rare and luxurious location that has become a treasure in today's world.

  • We stayed for a two-night trip. Each Room has a large rock bath, and we enjoyed the wonderful view overlooking Lake Gosho while soaking—truly living up to the name “Kaikei.”On clear days, you can also see Mt. Iwate beautifully, but unfortunately it was cloudy all three days, so we’d like to come back again next time.

  • Surrounded by tranquility, the Room features both an indoor bath and an open-air bath of an unprecedented size, providing a truly relaxing stay. The reclining chair by Karimoku is also exceptional. I look forward to visiting again in a different season.
