    From the front desk with a panoramic view of Hakone’s great natural scenery to the Room with a private open-air bath, everything was excellent! The food was also very satisfying. The incense service and drink service were plentiful and much appreciated. The staff were very kind as well. We’ll be back!

    Both the meals and the Onsen were excellent, and I was able to relax and enjoy a restful stay.The food in particular was delicious, and I could tell each dish was carefully prepared, which made me very satisfied. The Onsen was also wonderful, and it helped me unwind and slowly recover from everyday fatigue.I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
