Our Efforts to Address COVID-19 At Hotel Mount Fuji, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests and employees. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we have implemented the following preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19: 【Measures in Public Spaces, Rooms, Restaurants, and Other Operational Facilities】 (1) Wearing Masks During Customer Interaction 　　Staff members engaged in service wear masks. (2) Placement of Alcohol-Based Sanitizers 　　Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed at the Hotel entrance, restaurants, restrooms, and other locations. (3) Enhanced Regular Disinfection 　　- High-touch areas such as doors, doorknobs, elevator buttons, and escalator handrails are disinfected with alcohol. 　　- In Rooms, high-touch areas such as doorknobs and switches, as well as items like hangers and remote controls, are disinfected with alcohol. 【Measures for Guests Staying at the Property】 (1) Health checks, including temperature screening, are conducted at check-in. (2) To avoid the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings), staff-guided Room tours are temporarily suspended. 【Measures for Employees】 (1) Employees are required to wear masks. (2) Health checks are conducted at the start of shifts, including monitoring for symptoms such as colds, fever, cough, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste, or smell. Employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher and symptoms such as a cough are instructed to stay home. (3) Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed at employee facilities such as entrances, offices, restrooms, and lockers to ensure thorough hand disinfection. 【Requests to Our Guests】 (1) To prevent droplet infection, we kindly ask guests to wear masks when visiting the Property. (2) To ensure a safe environment, alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at key locations within the Facility, and we request guests' cooperation in using them. (3) Guests experiencing symptoms such as colds, fever, cough, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste, or smell are kindly requested to refrain from visiting the Property. (4) If you experience symptoms such as fever or cough during your stay and feel unwell, please inform a nearby staff member. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
