  • Even with one adult and two children, we were able to stay very comfortably.

    When we were taking photos at the Hotel entrance, a staff member kindly approached us in a natural way and offered to take our picture, which made us feel truly welcomed. I was traveling alone with two children, so I was a bit anxious, but thanks to the staff’s kindness and the wonderful Hotel and pool, my children had an amazing time. The food was also delicious. We had such a great stay that we would love to come back again.

  • I’d love to stay here again.

    I’d been interested for a while, but it was always fully booked and I couldn’t make a Reservation, so this was my first stay.I stayed at Fujimitei, and both the Room and the facilities were clean. I was very satisfied with the Onsen and the buffet meals. Since it was Sunday, I could also see fireworks from the Room.The pool at Ryugutei was crowded and there were no benches available, so it was hard to find a place to put my belongings, but other than that there were no issues.I’d like to visit again.
