Each area is characterized by a variety of plants and flowers that showcase different expressions throughout the seasons. "Karuizawa Lake Garden" is a fusion of Karuizawa's beautiful scenery and vibrant blooming gardens. Enjoy a relaxing time in this beautifully gentle waterside garden resort that soothes the soul.

The interior surrounded by antiques is a spacious all-suite area consisting of a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Relax as if it were your own villa and enjoy a luxurious time.
After a restful night's sleep in the tranquil villa, we have prepared a body-friendly Luze-style breakfast for your refreshing morning awakening. The lounge with a fireplace is available for tea time or aperitif time before meals, and also serves as a library for your relaxation.

Take the JR Hokuriku Shinkansen “Asama” or “Hakutaka” and get off at Karuizawa Station.
* About 7 minutes by taxi from the South Exit (the North Exit is recommended during peak seasons).
* About 10 minutes from the North Exit by the town loop bus (East/South Route, outer loop). Get off at “Lake New Town Entrance,” then walk 2 minutes.
■For guests arriving by car
From the Joshinetsu Expressway, exit at Usui-Karuizawa IC and drive straight toward Karuizawa for about 7 km.
Turn left at the corner with the Lake Garden sign on your left, then continue about 1 km. Leze Villa is located on the left within the Lake New Town villa area.
* After entering Lake New Town Entrance, go straight for about 150 m. A guest-only parking lot is available on the left just before the intersection. Please let us know when making your Reservation if you will be arriving by car.
* There is no drop-off area; if you have a lot of luggage, please contact us by phone in advance.
* For visitors who are not staying overnight, please use the Lake Garden parking lot.
■For guests arriving by bus
From JR Karuizawa Station North Exit, take the Karuizawa town loop bus (East/South Route) and use the bus stop “New Town Entrance,” located at the entrance to Lake New Town villa area.
