  • Although it was a last-minute trip, we had a very comfortable stay at this Hotel. The dinner buffet was excellent, with Aizu local dishes and many other delicious options. My husband said it was the best buffet of any Hotel we have stayed at while traveling. The bath was also spacious and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

  • We stayed in a spacious Japanese-style twin Room in the annex, and it was conveniently located right after getting off the elevator. The Room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and we were very comfortable. Dinner was a kaiseki meal served in a private room, so my husband and I could relax and enjoy plenty of drinks at our own pace. Both the fish and meat dishes were delicious and easy to eat. The staff member assisting us was kind and provided wonderful service. Since I have some difficulty with my legs and was worried about using the large public bath alone, reserving a private bath was the right choice. All Hotel staff were polite and friendly, and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.
