Based on the guidelines created by the "Oita Prefecture Property Infection Control Enhancement Committee," we have implemented the following measures. We kindly ask for your careful review of the details below. - Ensure thorough attention to avoiding the "Three Cs": "closed spaces with poor ventilation," "crowded places," and "close-contact settings where conversations or vocalizations occur." - Conduct temperature checks and symptom assessments for all employees, including part-time staff, upon arrival at work. Employees meeting any of the following criteria will not be allowed to work: [1] Exhibiting relatively mild cold symptoms such as fever or cough. [2] Experiencing fatigue, shortness of breath, cough, abnormal taste or smell, or diarrhea. [3] Having a history of staying in specific alert prefectures within the past two weeks. - Provide guidance to employees on hygiene management (wearing masks, thorough handwashing, and gargling) and ensure compliance. - Regularly disinfect frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, remote controls, switches, handrails, sinks, toilet seats, and flush levers with alcohol. Place hand sanitizing alcohol in various locations, including the lobby and dining areas. - Ensure thorough ventilation and alcohol disinfection of guest rooms during cleaning after check-out. - Conduct thorough alcohol disinfection of shared spaces such as private family baths, irori (traditional Japanese hearths), and dining areas. - Identify medical institutions and public health centers to contact in case of emergencies, and establish a clear chain of responsibility and communication system within the Facility. - Implement additional measures as necessary to prioritize the safety of both guests and employees during operations. - Please wear a mask as much as possible when moving outside your guest room. - In shared areas such as the lobby and irori, please cooperate in maintaining social distancing from other guests. - Refrain from speaking loudly in shared areas. - Please avoid disposing of used masks in shared area trash bins and instead dispose of them in the trash bin in your guest room. - If you experience symptoms such as fever during your stay, please inform us immediately. - If you have symptoms such as fever upon arrival, we may ask you to refrain from staying.
