  • First Stay

    This was my first time staying here. I had wanted to stay for a while, but never had the chance until now, and I was finally able to do so. Check-in was via a self-service machine, but a staff member explained everything and it went smoothly. Thank you as well for your courteous guidance afterward. Whenever I went out or came back, the staff always greeted me, and I was impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you very much for arranging such a nice Room; thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay. If I have another opportunity, I would be happy to stay again—thank you in advance.

  • We had a very satisfying stay.

    All the staff were very pleasant.The Room was clean, and the large public bath was also clean, which was great.You can check how crowded the bath is on the TV monitor, and you can also check it via the QR code on that screen, but there was a slight discrepancy between the TV display and the QR code. (The TV showed “Not crowded,” but when checked via the QR code it showed “Slightly crowded.”)It’s a reasonable distance from the station, and it’s right after coming up to street level through the underground shopping area (Sun Road), so access is good.I’d like to stay here again next time I visit Nagoya.
