1. Staff Guidelines Staff will undergo temperature checks and hand sanitization upon arrival, with records maintained. If a staff member's temperature exceeds 37.5°C, they will not be allowed to work. If the fever persists for three days or if symptoms develop, they must visit a hospital for testing. Depending on the test results, attendance may be prohibited, and contact with other employees will be restricted. If feeling unwell during work hours, staff must immediately report to their facility manager for further instructions. Wearing masks is mandatory during working hours. Hand sanitization is required after every customer interaction. Unnecessary crowding should be avoided during work hours, and poorly ventilated areas will have fans installed. Disinfection of necessary areas within the facility: High-touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, and stair railings will be disinfected every hour with records kept. Until government or local authority declarations are lifted, staff are prohibited from entering designated high-alert regions: as of May 14th—Hokkaido; Tokyo; Saitama; Chiba; Kanagawa; Osaka; Kyoto; Hyogo Prefectures. In addition to regular room cleaning procedures, alcohol-based disinfection and wiping down of common areas within the facility will be conducted. Alcohol-based sanitizers will be placed throughout the premises. Guidelines may change depending on evolving circumstances. 2. Guest Guidelines Temperature checks are required for all guests upon entry. Guests with a fever exceeding 37.5°C may not stay at our accommodation and are advised to consult a nearby medical institution following a doctor's guidance. Guests are requested to wear masks in public spaces within the facility. Should any guest feel unwell during their stay, isolation measures may apply to prevent contact with other guests or staff. In such cases where contact is necessary for infection prevention purposes, only designated managers will handle interactions while minimizing exposure risks. Additionally, information about nearby medical institutions is prepared in advance for emergencies. Posters promoting cough etiquette and handwashing practices are displayed in public spaces for implementation by all guests. To avoid overcrowding inside facilities at any time entry dispersal measures shall apply accordingly when needed too! Regarding cancellation policies: Cancellations due solely based on personal reasons follow standard policy terms & conditions applied regularly; However suspected COVID-19 infections supported via valid diagnosis documentation later submitted exempt cancellation fees entirely waived instead!
