Unwind in an adults-only private retreat that blends Japanese and Western charm.

From Imaihama, leisurely ascend the winding path to be greeted by smiling greenery, birds, and the chatter of the wind. On a hill inviting deep breaths of the soul, "Hana no Kaze" quietly resides. All four uniquely styled guest rooms are equipped with Onsen, and to ensure use regardless of season or weather, we have designed semi-open-air baths. Embrace the quietly permeating nature, become pure before you know it, forget clocks and emails for a while, and relax at your leisure.

  • This was our second stay, and even though we arrived nearly two hours later than planned, thank you very much for welcoming us so kindly. Both the Room and the bath were very clean. We were a bit concerned about mosquitoes given the season, but effective measures with a wonderful fragrance were in place, so we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. The sound system in the loft theater room was excellent—it truly felt like being in a movie theater. We were also shown to a private dining room, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the delicious food at our own pace, almost like in-Room dining. All of the staff were courteous from start to finish, and we had a truly wonderful time.We would love to stay again.Thank you very much for everything.

  • We were very satisfied with the spacious, comfortable Room and the cheerful, attentive service. The Onsen in the Room was unusually large, with big windows that made it feel open and airy, and we used it about five times. The smaller-portion meal Plan was more than enough for us. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

We accommodate over 500 expectant mothers annually.

We strive to create a relaxing space for expectant mothers and provide thoughtful meal options, ensuring you can enjoy your last trip before childbirth, known as a "Babymoon," with peace of mind in Japan. A "Babymoon" refers to the time parents spend with their newborn or the final trip a couple takes together before or during pregnancy. "I probably won't be able to travel for a while after the baby is born..." "It might be a long time before we can travel as a couple again..." For expectant mothers with such thoughts, we offer services that are especially considerate and supportive. How about creating wonderful memories with your partner before your baby arrives?

The abundant seafood and mountain produce of the local "Izu" area.

We offer colorful and creative Japanese cuisine made with locally sourced vegetables and ingredients. Each dish is served individually, ensuring warm dishes are served warm and cold dishes are served cold. Using fresh local ingredients and seasonal seafood from the Izu sea, every dish is carefully prepared to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients.
