A property featuring fresh and beneficial sulfur hot springs sourced from four private springs.
Enjoy a relaxing time away from daily life, experiencing nature with all five senses through soft hot springs, fresh cuisine, and rooms surrounded by greenery.
On the day of our stay, unfortunately it was pouring rain, so we couldn’t go sightseeing. We were cold and soaked, but even though we arrived before check-in, they kindly let us wait in the lobby. They served us hot coffee, and soon after they prepared our Room early for us. Thanks to that, we could change out of our wet clothes and avoid getting sick. The proprietress and all the staff were very kind, and we had a truly comfortable stay. The food was delicious, the Onsen was wonderful—everything was perfect. We’d love to visit again.
ムクチャン 5/9/2026I had a hard time choosing an Accommodation for my Unzen Onsen trip, but the Reviews caught my attention, so I made a Reservation. I’m glad I trusted the Reviews and stayed here. The reason I rated the Facility and amenities 4 is that the Room was so large that it took a long time for the heating to work, and it felt a bit too cold to stay comfortable. Also, the dinner venue was cold for a while after we entered. We didn’t use the Onsen before dinner, so our feet got cold. My husband is sensitive to cold, so it would have been helpful to have something like a small foot heater. The Onsen was the best part. This trip was a 10-day journey around Nagasaki and Saga Prefectures, and it was the best Onsen of all. Even now that we’re back home, I still want to come again just for this Onsen. There were many appealing choices of alcoholic drinks at dinner, which was great. The sake we ordered was delicious.Thank you very much.
