A typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly, but thanks to the Hotel’s attentive service, we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, being able to walk around the Hotel in loungewear and slippers like at an Onsen Facility was so convenient and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the late-night soba we’d been looking forward to—there were two varieties, and we were very satisfied. It made us want to stay at other La Vista properties again and build on that satisfaction even more.

Fuji appearing huge right in front of us.We were very satisfied with both the food and the attentive service during meals.I understand it can’t be helped, but I wish the shared large public bath were a bit better equipped.Also, the parking lot layout was hard to understand, and even after hearing the explanation it was still confusing.I think there is room for improvement in how guests are guided to the parking area.

The sparkling Lake Kawaguchi spreads out before your eyes, embraced by the towering Mount Fuji. The view from the Room is truly a "world-renowned borrowed scenery (with some exceptions)." Our pride, the view bath placed by the window or on the terrace, is designed for enjoying half-body bathing, enhancing the resort atmosphere.
We value the sense of seasons and offer a variety of dishes featuring local specialties. Dinner is an authentic course meal. Breakfast is a full buffet style with local vegetables and fruits.
At the large public bath located closest to Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, you can enjoy natural Onsen. In the open-air bath with a close view of Mount Fuji, feel the wind from the lake and the mountain with your entire body while enjoying the breathtaking scenery.
