We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s full recovery from illness. Even though it was a last-minute request, you kindly arranged flowers for us and even gave us a special gift. Thanks to your exceptional hospitality, we had a truly wonderful time.
This was my first stay here, and I was extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the castle town, the museum, and Hagi Castle. The complimentary drink service was well stocked, and enjoying sparkling wine while soaking in the footbath with an ocean view was exceptional. The dishes made with locally sourced ingredients were also delicious. What left the strongest impression on me was the staff’s courteous and attentive hospitality. During my two-night stay, I had a very comfortable time and truly appreciate it. I believe this Accommodation is ideal for sightseeing in Hagi.
