(2) Strict Hygiene Management for Employees Employees are required to frequently wash their hands, gargle, and sanitize their hands with alcohol. They also change clothes upon arrival and departure. Masks are worn during all duties, including customer service, cooking, and cleaning, and gloves are used when necessary. (3) Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection of the Facility We thoroughly ventilate and disinfect guest rooms, public spaces, large baths, elevators, and other areas used by guests using alcohol-based disinfectants. (4) Dining Areas In dining areas, we ensure thorough ventilation before and after meals, and disinfect floors, tables, chairs, and other surfaces with alcohol-based disinfectants. Items such as toothpicks and soy sauce containers are disposed of after each use, and seating is arranged to maintain a safe distance. (5) Requests for Guest Cooperation - Please sanitize your hands with alcohol upon arrival, undergo a temperature check during check-in, wear a mask in public spaces, and frequently wash and sanitize your hands. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are provided in guest rooms, along with alcohol sprays for use on various surfaces.
