  • The staff were very courteous.

    We really enjoyed Silver Week.It felt pleasant that the staff were courteous every time we passed by.The Facility was clean and elegant, and the view of Lake Inawashiro from our Room was amazing.The buffet was smooth as they adjusted the number of guests by time slot.The Onsen was also interesting, with the open-air bath on a different floor, making it fun to move between them. However, guests with poor eyesight should be careful to avoid tripping.
