    I stayed with my Chi-poo.The Room was clean, and it was great to have a private open-air bath.It would have been perfect if we could dine in the restaurant together with our dog.The on-site dog run is covered with wood chips, which is a thoughtful, dog-friendly touch.The staff were pleasant, and it was a wonderful Accommodation.At check-out, we also received a discount voucher for our next stay, which makes it easy to return.

  • Highly satisfied.

    I visited without high expectations, but as the title suggests, I was extremely satisfied. I had never given all 5s in previous surveys. The Hotel staff, meals, Room, and bath were all perfect. It became an unforgettable and wonderful memory. I brought my beloved dog along (a 6-year-old Labrador), but she seemed to have one complaint: she couldn't accompany me to meals. She stayed behind with a "very sad" expression because she always wants to be by my side.

On a vast site of 3,000 tsubo, there are only 10 separate properties at "Hatago Saikura." We provide a luxurious space where no one is disturbed, with one property per group of guests. Rooms come in two types: rock open-air baths and hinoki open-air baths, and rooms that allow stays with pets are also available.

Meal

You can enjoy both a full-course Western meal and a buffet, with the buffet corner offering a variety of dishes including sashimi, simmered fish, prosciutto, cheese, and salads made with local vegetables, catering to both Japanese and Western tastes. The course menu changes seasonally, featuring authentic Western cuisine such as slow-cooked Wagyu beef cheek stew, Bungo beef steak, terrine, and poêlé. To complement your meal, we recommend trying the carefully selected wines and chilled sake chosen by the owner. You can order by the glass, making it perfect for comparing different labels that catch your interest. The restaurant also offers three private rooms, ideal for celebrating special occasions such as anniversaries.

There are 5 guest rooms where you can stay with your dog, and each room's entrance is equipped with a leash hook. We also provide cages, dedicated dishes, shampoo, diapers, and a special dryer, so you can stay without bringing anything. The Property features an on-site dog run with a soft cedar bark field that your dog is sure to love. The on-site dog run is exclusively available for guests staying at the Property, allowing you to enjoy it without overcrowding.
