  • We chose this Accommodation because it had high ratings for its meals and service in Reviews. We were a little worried whether our growing children would be satisfied, but in the end we were extremely happy. The elaborate appetizers won over our whole family, and we were impressed by the careful craftsmanship that didn’t simply rely on the quality of the ingredients. We could feel the attentive care of the proprietress and all the staff throughout our stay, which made it very comfortable. It doesn’t have the kind of Facilities you’d find at a large Hotel, but when we visit Tottori again, I’m sure we’ll stay here again.

  • I stayed in late July. I didn’t realize the location was this close to the sea, and I was truly impressed by the calm Sea of Japan views from my room at both sunset and sunrise. The free-flowing natural Onsen was wonderful, but perhaps because many guests used it after spending time at the beach, I noticed sand making the changing area feel gritty. (I really appreciated that it had been cleaned by the next time I went.) From check-in to check-out, the staff’s warm smiles and attentive service left a lasting impression. At dinner, the owner (?) also came to greet each table, which I thought was excellent. Luckily, my stay coincided with a fireworks display day, so I was able to enjoy an unexpected and lovely moment. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—seafood really is amazing. Next time, I’d love to visit during crab season. It was a wonderful Accommodation that made me want to return. Thank you very much.

About Hygiene Measures
Regarding measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 [Kaike Kikunoya Infection Prevention Measures] - For the safety and health of both staff and guests, all staff will wear masks. - Hand sanitizer will be available in public areas (lobby, entrance, elevator areas on each floor, large public bath, and lounge). - Hand sanitizer is provided in all guest rooms. - All ocean-side guest rooms are equipped with a photocatalytic air purifier. *Standard air purifiers work by trapping bacteria and viruses in a filter, whereas photocatalytic purifiers break them down at the source and remove them.* This keeps the filter clean at all times. They also emit no hypochlorous acid or ozone and are recognized for use in medical facilities, making them safe for infants and guests with allergies. - Thorough alcohol disinfection is carried out as part of daily cleaning. - Acrylic partitions are installed at the front desk counter. - Partitions are installed between washing stations in the large public baths for both men and women. - Staff are required to thoroughly practice handwashing, gargling, alcohol disinfection, temperature checks before coming to work, and overall health management.
