    The staff’s warm hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and we were able to forget about everyday life and relax in the Onsen.We also enjoyed the course dinner. We’d love to visit again.

  • Building Structure

    Everything from check-in and check-out to payment was done on my smartphone, which made it very smooth and convenient. The meals were delicious as well. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay, thank you for being considerate with the menu. The Onsen was also excellent.However, just one thing: was the Hotel renovated from an older building? There was a step at the Room entrance, which made it a little difficult to enter, and since it’s the doorway, I noticed it every time. Also, since tips could be paid individually by smartphone, I wanted to leave one, but it was hard because I couldn’t easily find the staff members’ names. The location on higher ground was great too.Overall, I felt it offered good value for money.
