It was a relaxing Hotel. The front desk staff were very kind.The open-air bath is a bit small, but the Onsen at Shika-no-Yu was wonderfully soothing.The view from the lounge was also lovely. After check-in, we enjoyed a welcome drink and relaxed in the lounge.We had dinner via room service, and the hamburger steak was delicious.Since some of the Facility is a little dated, I had to look around for an outlet to charge my smartphone and other devices.Overall, it met my expectations.
