  • Family Onsen Trip

    This was an Onsen trip with my mother and two daughters. Overall, both my mother and I were very satisfied. The price is not cheap, so it goes without saying that the Facility, amenities, and meals were excellent, but above all, the staff’s attentive service and thoughtful hospitality were outstanding. The bath in our Room was wonderful, and we also enjoyed the large public bath that switches between men and women in the morning and at night. The Onsen is sulfur-rich and warmed us up thoroughly. If we have the chance, this is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

  • The staff were very helpful and attentive.

    All of the staff were very pleasant. There was also a complimentary drinks area, which we enjoyed. The meals were especially delicious, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. The service staff’s explanations and hospitality were professional and excellent.

From Tokyo:
Take the JR Hokuriku Shinkansen to Ueda Station, transfer to the Ueda Electric Railway Bessho Line, and get off at the last stop, Bessho-Onsen Station. About a 7-minute walk.
From Nagoya:
Take the JR Chuo Line to Shinonoi Station, transfer to the Shinano Railway and get off at Ueda Station, then take the Ueda Electric Railway Bessho Line to the last stop, Bessho-Onsen Station. About a 7-minute walk.

By car
From Tokyo:
About 20 minutes from Ueda-Sugadaira IC on the Joshinetsu Expressway via National Route 18 toward Bessho Onsen.
From Nagoya:
About 1 hour from Matsumoto IC on the Chuo Expressway via National Route 254 toward Ueda, then via the Hiraiji Tunnel toward Bessho Onsen.
