    This is my favorite Hotel, and I have stayed here many times.This time, I accidentally forgot to make a request in advance, but the staff remembered the item I had asked to borrow before and had it properly prepared at check-in.I was truly happy with their thoughtfulness in remembering me, and I was deeply impressed by the warm hospitality of everyone at the Hotel.No matter how many times I visit, I can always relax and feel at ease—this is a very special Hotel for me.I would love to stay here again in the future.Thank you as always.

  • We had a comfortable stay.

    As a local resident of Kobe, this was my first time staying overnight. The spacious room, barrier-free design with soft flooring, Japanese-Western style layout, two sinks, and well-stocked amenities were all excellent. The view of Kobe Port from the large public bath on the 10th floor was wonderful, and every item at the buffet-style breakfast was delicious. I had a truly lovely stay.
