Upon arrival, we were guided by a cart to our Room while still in the car, and the check-in process and explanations were handled smoothly and efficiently. We took a walk before dinner, and when we entered the main building, it was a wonderful place with great atmosphere, where we enjoyed a very delicious dinner. I felt it was great to be able to spend such a relaxing time with my wife.

We stayed here as three generations to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday.Because her legs have become quite weak and she walks very slowly with a cane even for short distances, the places we can travel to are limited. However, our stay here was extremely comfortable, and we were able to make wonderful memories.I hope this will be helpful especially for guests in a similar situation.- The entire building is rented exclusively, and you can park right next to it, so the walking distance is short and you can reach your Room quickly.- There are ramps at the Room entrance and front door, and inside there is only one small step up to the bed area.- The Japanese-Western style Room has a sofa and beds that were easy for my grandmother to sit on.- The private indoor bath (Onsen) in the guest room has handrails. → She was delighted to be able to enjoy an Onsen again after a long time.- When we asked, they provided a shower chair.- They provided Shuttle Service by car every time we went to and from the dining venue (it’s about a 1-minute walk, but not an easy distance for my grandmother, so we truly appreciated it).- You need to walk a little inside the building to reach the dining venue, but there are almost no steps. We were also seated near the entrance inside the venue.- The meals made with plenty of Oita ingredients were delicious for all generations.All staff members were very courteous—this is an excellent Accommodation.Of course, not only my grandmother but everyone had a wonderful time,and I especially enjoyed adjusting the open-air bath in our Room slightly cooler and soaking slowly.Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful experience and lasting memories!
