Seaside Sunset Inn Teisui - Spectacular Onsen Ryokan Overlooking Toga Bay, Oga Peninsula, Akita

My first time on the Oga Peninsula.I was lucky to find such a wonderful Accommodation, and it made my summer memories even more special.I was completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the view, the meals, and the Onsen—but the quality of the Onsen water was especially outstanding. My partner tends to get facial redness from inflammation, and in summer it gets worse, possibly due to UV exposure. After soaking in the Onsen, the redness eased significantly, which made them very happy—they kept using the bath in our Room and even soaked their face repeatedly.If I could add just one request: my partner loves ice cream and tends to prefer Accommodations that offer it as a way to cool down after an Onsen bath. We would have been happy if there had been a small selection of ice cream available in the lounge.Next time, I’d like to visit in a different season.

Room: The Room was spotless, and the moment we entered, we had a wonderful view with the sea and horizon clearly visible. Service: We enjoyed pleasant conversations about Akita Prefecture during our meals. Bath: There was no large public bath, but there were separate men’s and women’s baths, an open-air bath, and a private bath (free of charge). Everything was clean and very nice. Meals: Both dinner and breakfast were served as many small dishes, beautifully presented. Dinner came with Akitakomachi rice, and breakfast with Sakihokore rice—both delicious, and we were very satisfied.
