  • It was my first time...

    It was my first time using the lounge, and the food was excellent as expected. I felt completely satisfied, both physically and mentally. Above all, the bed on the Zen floor was perfect for me, making my stay at the Hotel even more enjoyable. The bottled amenities in the Room were also easy to use. Thank you very much to all the staff for your courteous service.

  • We’d love to welcome you again.

    We stayed on the Executive House Zen floor to celebrate a friend’s birthday. From our Room, we could see Tokyo Tower and the Japanese garden, and the night view was wonderful. All of the food presentations were delicious, and I ended up eating so much that I never felt hungry during our stay. I was also happy that they made a cocktail to match my request even though I could only describe it in vague terms. I hadn’t mentioned in advance that it was for a birthday, but when I brought it up in conversation, they gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine. I was truly touched by their thoughtfulness, and my friend was very happy as well. It was so comfortable that we ended up spending a long time in the lounge. This was my second time staying at Zen, and I would love to stay again regardless of any special occasion. If you’re planning to stay at Hotel New Otani, I highly recommend staying at Executive House Zen. Thank you very much.
