At our Property, we are strengthening measures to prevent the spread of infections, prioritizing the health and safety of our guests and staff. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, we are implementing the following measures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 【Measures Throughout the Property】 ・Placement of alcohol-based hand sanitizers Hand sanitizers are placed in the lobby, front desk, elevator areas, restaurant entrances, and other locations. ・Regular disinfection of the Property In addition to all Rooms, we disinfect doorknobs, restrooms, elevator buttons, and other frequently touched surfaces with alcohol-based sanitizers. ・Mandatory mask-wearing for all staff ・Thorough health and hygiene management for all staff All staff are educated on proper knowledge of infectious diseases and prevention measures. We conduct temperature checks, maintain health records, and enforce regular handwashing, gargling, and sanitization. ・Regular cleaning and inspection of ventilation systems within the Property ・Staff wear masks and gloves when collecting trash within the Property, and wash and sanitize hands after disposal. ・To reduce contact during payment, we use trays instead of direct cash handling. 【Measures for Accommodation】 ・Installation of acrylic boards at the front desk counter ・Temperature checks at the Hotel entrance ・To alleviate congestion during check-out, we kindly ask for payment at the time of check-in. ・To minimize contact, we refrain from escorting guests to their Rooms. ・Queue regulations are implemented as needed during check-in and check-out. *Please note that, in some cases, we may ask guests to refrain from staying or using our services. 【Measures for Dining】 ・Seating arrangements are made with consideration for social distancing. ・Dining times are staggered to avoid crowding. 【Measures for Buffet Restaurants】 ・Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed at the entrance of the venue. ・Staff are required to wear masks and gloves. ・Guests are requested to wear masks when serving themselves food. (Gloves are provided upon request.) ・Tables and seating are arranged to prevent the spread of infection. ・Regular ventilation is conducted in the restaurant and kitchen. ・Tables are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized between guest turnovers. ・Disposable chopsticks are used instead of reusable ones. ・Protective covers are placed over food to prevent droplet transmission. ・To prevent contact transmission, food is pre-portioned into small dishes. ・Hot dishes are served by staff. *This guideline has been prepared based on the infection prevention guidelines of the Japan Ryokan & Hotel Association.
