    Whenever we visit Hokuriku, we always stay at “Notoya.”We always look forward to the warm hospitality from the staff and the delicious meals.This time, we stayed in a Japanese-style Room with a semi-open-air bath fed directly from the hot spring source, and enjoyed an all-sea-bream menu: a boat platter of sea bream, sea bream shabu-shabu, and sea bream ochazuke.The dishes were light and gentle on our bodies as seniors, and we were able to finish everything.The bath in the Room was also at just the right temperature, and we fully enjoyed the luxury of soaking morning and night while feeling the cool breeze.“Notoya” never disappoints no matter when we visit—we would definitely like to stay again next time.Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

  • A true, long-established Japanese Ryokan!

    We stayed as an 82-year-old grandmother and her 22-year-old grandchild. Having lived abroad for many years, we were continually moved by the wonderful Japanese hospitality. The Room with a private in-room Onsen we had always dreamed of was extremely comfortable, and the wide variety of dishes served each day were truly delicious—we could feel the chef’s care in every single item. All of the staff were very kind, and it was simply a fantastic three-night stay. When my grandmother felt unwell from travel fatigue, they even made rice balls for her and showed us such thoughtful kindness. Japanese hospitality is the best in the world. We look forward to visiting again someday. Thank you very much for everything.

At "旅亭懐石 のとや", all Onsen Facilities within the property utilize our own natural hot spring source. We do not accept day-use bathing to ensure that guests staying at the Property can enjoy bathing anytime from check-in to check-out.
