■Our Measures Against COVID-19■ Thank you for your continued support. To prevent and control the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following measures: 【Requests to Guests】 Please sanitize your hands with alcohol disinfectant upon entry. We kindly ask you to check your temperature before arrival. * A health questionnaire will be conducted. If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher or symptoms such as fatigue, we may decline your stay. If you experience fever, cough, or feel unwell during your stay, please inform our staff immediately. Please wear a mask in areas where close contact with other guests is likely. Hand sanitizing stations are available at the front desk and in all rooms; please cooperate by using them. Elevator use is limited to one group at a time due to its enclosed space. Toilets are labeled with instructions to close the lid before flushing. 【Check-in/Check-out & Front Desk】 A vinyl curtain has been installed at the check-in counter as a droplet prevention measure. Cash and other payments will be exchanged using trays for safety purposes. The check-in counter is regularly cleaned with alcohol disinfectant. Explanations during check-in are minimized verbally and provided mainly in written form. Room keys are sanitized daily with alcohol. 【Meals】 Both dinner and breakfast are served in-room unless groups of two or more rooms book together; then meals will be served in designated private dining spaces within our accommodation. To minimize contact between guests and staff, meal service frequency has been reduced as much as possible. Hot pot dishes and sashimi platters are served individually ("one-person hot pot" or "one-person platter"). All staff thoroughly sanitize their hands when serving meals. Tables, chairs, trays, transport equipment used for meal service undergo thorough disinfection before and after use. 【In-Room Measures】 Each room is equipped with an Aeropure air purifier featuring deep ultraviolet LED technology effective against bacteria/viruses; these units remain operational throughout guest stays. Tea service inside rooms has been temporarily suspended. During room cleaning sessions: surfaces (e.g., TV remotes/air conditioning controls/safe switches/light switches/tables/chairs/slippers/refrigerators/toilets/faucets) undergo disinfection using cleaning agents like bleach solutions where applicable while ensuring proper ventilation by fully opening windows & doors beforehand. 【Shared Spaces Within Our Accommodation】 Common areas (lobby/restrooms/elevators/dining venues/public baths/shop) receive regular disinfection focusing on frequently touched surfaces such as switches/doorknobs alongside complete air exchange via ventilation systems activated continuously wherever feasible including anti-bacterial film applied onto elevator buttons plus post-use sanitization procedures covering shared slippers/public bath facilities/changing room amenities accordingly too! 【Staff Protocols】 All employees monitor their body temperatures daily pre-shift prohibiting work attendance exceeding 37°5C thresholds wearing masks consistently handling food preparation tasks under disposable gloves whenever necessary maintaining strict hygiene practices involving handwashing/gargling routines across intervals spanning shifts/outdoor returns/mealtime breaks/customer interactions alike!
