Kurokawa Onsen Ryokan Sanga

At Ryokan Sanga, we are implementing the following measures to ensure our guests can enjoy their stay with peace of mind, considering the current situation of the spread of COVID-19. 1) Upon Arrival - Our staff will wear masks when greeting guests at the parking lot or bus stop. - When handling luggage, staff will wear gloves, maintain an appropriate distance from guests, guide them to the entrance, and carry the luggage to the Room. 2) Check-In - We kindly ask guests to sanitize their hands upon entering the Facility. - Front desk staff will wear masks and maintain an appropriate distance while assisting with check-in. - Guests are requested to fill out a health check sheet in addition to providing their name, address, and phone number on the check-in card. (Guests with a fever or feeling unwell are kindly asked to refrain from visiting. If symptoms such as fever or cough occur during your stay, or if you feel unwell, please inform the front desk immediately.) - Tea will be served in the lobby at the hearth or sofa seating. (If more than two groups of guests arrive simultaneously, tea will be served in the Room.) 3) Guidance - Our staff will wear masks and provide explanations about the Onsen and Facility in the lobby or in front of the entrance while maintaining an appropriate distance from guests. - Staff will not enter the Room. Please refer to the information book provided in the Room, and contact us via the in-room phone if you have any questions. 4) Room - During cleaning, in addition to thorough sanitation, we disinfect surfaces such as toilets, doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, safes, refrigerators, and telephones with alcohol or hypochlorous acid water. - All Rooms are equipped with space sanitizers (Cleverin), and some Rooms also have humidifying air purifiers (Plasmacluster ion generators). - We ensure adequate ventilation. 5) Onsen - Floors, equipment, and amenities in the changing rooms are disinfected. - Equipment and amenities in the bathing area, such as chairs, buckets, shampoo bottles, faucets, and showers, are disinfected. - Towels for drying the body are not provided in the Onsen area, so please bring towels from your Room. - Foot mats have been removed, but towels for drying feet are provided. Please place used towels in the collection box. - Indoor baths are adequately ventilated. - Hairdryers are not available in the Onsen area; please use the ones provided in your Room. - Private baths are cleaned, foot towels are collected, and disinfection is performed after each use. 6) Meals - Serving staff will wear masks and maintain an appropriate distance while serving meals. - For dinner, the dining area, which usually accommodates 10 groups, will be limited to a safe number of seats, and other guests will be served meals in their Room or in a spacious hall. - Breakfast will also be served with tables arranged to maintain a safe distance. - Ventilation is enhanced. - A menu sheet is provided to simplify explanations of the dishes by the serving staff. 7) Public Spaces - Disinfection is carried out, focusing on areas frequently touched by guests in shared spaces. - Disinfected indoor slippers and outdoor sandals are provided with tags for exclusive use by each guest. 8) Bedding - Spray disinfection is performed, and pillows are further disinfected with ozone. - During dinner, staff will enter the Room to prepare futons with clean sheets and covers. If preferred, futons can be prepared before your arrival, and staff will not enter the Room during your stay. - During breakfast, staff will enter the Room to put away the futons, but please inform us if this is unnecessary. 9) Check-Out - If the lobby becomes crowded during check-out, guests may be asked to wait in their Room. [Staff Health Management and Infection Prevention] - Staff frequently wash hands, gargle, and sanitize their hands to prevent infection. - Daily temperature checks are conducted, and staff with fever or cold symptoms stay at home and do not report to work. - Staff are encouraged to maintain their immunity through healthy meals, moderate exercise, Onsen bathing, and sufficient sleep. We will continue to monitor government policies and the infection situation to implement preventive measures.
