- From Tokyo Station, take the Yamagata Shinkansen (Tsubasa) outbound line and get off at JR Oishida Station.
- From JR Oishida Station to Ginzan Onsen: about 40 minutes by free Shuttle Service (Reservation required) or municipal bus. Get off at the Ginzan Onsen bus stop.

From Sendai
- From in front of Sendai Station (in front of Sakurano Department Store on Aoba-dori), take the Yamakō Bus “Limited Express 48 Liner” bound for Shinjo.
- Get off at the Yamakō Bus Obanazawa Waiting Area.
- From the Obanazawa Waiting Area to Ginzan Onsen: about 40 minutes by municipal bus. Get off at the Ginzan Onsen bus stop.
